1. Shipping Coverage
Orders are delivered across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta governorates, Canal Cities, Upper Egypt, and selected remote and coastal areas.
Shipping availability and delivery fees are determined based on the delivery location selected at checkout.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are fixed based on the delivery zone and are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Current standard delivery fees are as follows:
Cairo & Giza (including 6th of October and Helwan): 90 EGP
Alexandria & Beheira: 95 EGP
Delta & Canal Cities
(Ismailia, Suez, Port Said, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia, Al Sharqia): 115 EGP
North Upper Egypt
(Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut): 125 EGP
South Upper Egypt
(Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan): 140 EGP
North Coast
(Matrouh): 145 EGP
Sinai & New Valley
(Red Sea, Sharm El Sheikh, New Valley, North Sinai, South Sinai): 160 EGP
Returns or exchanges requested after delivery may incur an additional shipping fee of 10–20 EGP.
The shipping fee shown at checkout reflects the delivery zone selected by the customer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Order processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.
The total estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, or regional conditions.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspection is available upon delivery.
Customers may inspect the item in the presence of the courier.
If the item is damaged, defective, or not as described, it may be returned immediately to the courier at no additional cost.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or listed within fixed-price final sale collections remain non-returnable after delivery, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects. Inspection upon delivery does not override the final sale status of such items.

5. Payment Method
All orders are shipped using Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.
The website does not process or store online payment or card details.
