This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested for orders placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Returns or Exchanges (No Defect)

If you wish to return or exchange an item that is not defective, the following conditions apply:

Timeframe

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.

For non-defective items, exchange is available. A refund may be issued only if the returned item meets all eligibility requirements and successfully passes inspection confirming compliance with these conditions.

2. Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a resolution at no additional cost.

Timeframe

Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Available Options

Upon confirmation of the defect after inspection, you may choose either:

An exchange, or

A full refund

A full refund is issued only after the manufacturing defect has been verified.

  1. Return Shipping

Non-Defective Items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional shipping charges of 10–20 EGP may apply for returns or exchanges requested after delivery.

Defective Items

Return shipping costs are fully covered by the site operator.

5. Refund Processing

All orders placed through this website are completed using Cash on Delivery (COD). The website does not process or store electronic or card payments.

If the returned item meets the return conditions and passes inspection, the refund will be issued using one of the following cash-based methods:

Cash refund at a designated showroom location, or

Cash refund via courier upon confirmation and inspection of the returned item

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the relevant product page or collection page at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes products listed within dedicated fixed-price final sale collections (such as limited-stock collections offered at a fixed promotional price). These items are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is present.
